Dr. Karni Chagal-Feferkorn is a senior research fellow at Shamgar Center, TAU Faculty of Law and a lecturer at the Academic College of Law & Business at Ramat-Gan.
Her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Ottawa, Canada focused on global regulation of AI systems and her research pertains to Responsible AI and to legal liability and AI induced damages.
Karni is a licensed attorney in Israel, California and New-York and is also a founding partner at Lexicale, a consultancy that specializes in comparative research.
Her LLB and BA (Econ.) and PhD are from Haifa university, and LL.M. is from Stanford university.
