Alon Jasper

Alon Jasper is a Ph.D. candidate at the TAU law faculty and an Azrieli Scholarship Fellow (2021-2024). His Ph.D. dissertation, written under the supervision of Prof. Roy Kreitner, investigates the potential of the efforts to regulate the operation of the railroads in the 19th-century USA to challenge our thinking on Internet governance and regulation today. Alon has published articles on regulation, organizational aspects of the Israeli Judiciary, and constitutional interpretation. His current research projects include empirical research of judicial decisions by the Israeli Supreme Court and research on Internet infrastructure in Israel.
