Assaf Hamdani is a faculty member at TAU’s Law School and School of Management, and a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). His research on law and economics, corporate law and financial regulation has been published in journals such as the Yale Law Journal, California Law Review, Columbia Law Review, Stanford Law Review, and the Review of Finance. He teaches courses on Fintech and technological innovation and the law and his research focuses on topics that are at the crossroads of law, innovation and AI.
