Dr. Omri Rahum-Twig is a partner in the Cyber and IT Department and the Intellectual Property Department at FISCHER (FBC & Co.). He specializes in intellectual property law, privacy, information security, and commercial cyber. In his role, he provides legal counsel to private and public companies on matters related to information technology, internet law, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on data protection and privacy. Omri also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University and is a senior fellow at the Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation. His articles are published in academic journals in Israel and internationally, and he has authored the books Privacy and Data Protection in Israel (Kluwer, 2023) (with Michael Birnhack) and Copyright and Derivative Works: Regulating Creativity (Routledge, 2019).
